Chelsea vs. Tottenham The Race for Top 5? With the surprising news of Manchester City’s Champions League ban, the door has opened for other sides to challenge for a Champions League place. After discoveries that City have breached UEFA’s Financial Fair Play (FFP) laws this season, they have been banned from all UEFA competitions for the next 2 seasons.  This means that despite their place in the top four, they aren't able to qualify for a European spot.
